The pioneering self-help method for stress management and personal development.
Move over mindfulness - Sophrology is the incredible new self-help technique taking the UK by storm.
Sophrology is a dynamic relaxation, stress-management and personal development technique, which is steadily growing in popularity in the UK. Sophrology is already extremely popular on the continent - especially in France, Switzerland, Spain and Belgium, where sports stars and popstars, among others, have used the techniques to overcome fear of failure, manage stress and anxiety, beat insomnia, prepare for big events and fulfil their true potential. It is also used as a tool to help women prepare positively for birth, and in the workplace to enhance employees' wellbeing.
This accessible book by a London-based expert in this field will open up the world of Sophrology to a worldwide audience and help readers feel equipped to cope with the ups and downs of life with a flexible and effective method. By learning to relax and connect with your inner resources you will discover strength and power you never knew you had, and feel happier and more balanced. Featuring practical tips, case studies, and a Sophrology practice audio, this is a must-have self-help resource.
