Biographical Notes

Born in Napoli and trained at the Luigi de Medici Catering College, Gino has fast become one of the nation's favourite TV chefs and author of several bestselling books, most recently Gino's Hidden Italy - the latest TV tie-in from his hugely popular Gino's Italian Escape series, he also is a resident chef on This Morning and has opened multiple eateries across the country.
