How can I contact an author?
Although we are unable to give out our authors' contact details, we are happy to pass on letters and emails when appropriate. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or write to the author care of Hodder & Stoughton, Carmelite House, 50 Victoria Embankment, London EC4Y 0DZ. Many of our authors are also on twitter and facebook, so do seek them out online.
What shall I do if there’s a mistake in my book?
We aim to make our books the very best that they can be. Occasionally though, mistakes do happen and a book may include a typo. If this is the case, please email email@example.com with a description of the fault and we’ll ensure that future editions are corrected.
If your book has been printed incorrectly, please return it to the place of purchase where you will be offered a replacement in accordance with the shop’s own returns policy.
How can I get hold of a book that is out of print?
When a book is out-of-print, we no longer hold copies in stock. However, they may be available through second-hand bookshops and online retailers.
I can’t find the eBook I’m looking for, only the physical edition. When will the eBook be available?
We publish eBooks of frontlist titles alongside physical editions and we are working hard to digitise as many of our older titles as possible. We recommend that you check again soon or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I obtain permission to reproduce an image or text from a book?
Please download the Permission Request Form and scan the completed form to email@example.com.
I have an old Hodder book which I think may be valuable. Can you help?
